Where to Log In
The only place to log in is the Jaiho Arcade app on your Android phone. If you do not have it yet, install it from the jaiho arcade original apk page first.
Be careful with websites that show a "Jaiho Arcade login" form in the browser. We cannot confirm any web login page run by the operator, and a page that asks for your mobile number and OTP outside the app may be trying to take over your account.
How to Sign In
- Open Jaiho Arcade.
- Enter the mobile number your account is registered with.
- Enter the OTP that arrives by SMS, or your password if your account uses one.
- You land in the lobby. Rummy, slots, spin and every other game use this same login.

How Your Account Is Identified
Your account is tied to your registered mobile number and held on the operator's side, not on your phone. That is why reinstalling the app or switching phones does not lose the account, as long as you can still receive SMS on that number. If you no longer have that SIM, only in-app support can help, and they will usually ask for details that prove the account is yours.
Common Login Errors
- OTP not arriving: check signal, wait a minute before asking again, and make sure SMS from unknown senders is not being filtered. See OTP not received.
- Wrong password: use the reset option on the login screen. See forgot password.
- Account disabled or locked: this is decided by the operator. See account disabled.
- App closes before the login screen: update to version 23.1 or reinstall. See app not opening.
Getting Help With Your Login
Login and account problems go to the support option inside the app. Nobody from Jaiho Arcade needs your OTP, and genuine support will never ask you to read it out. If someone calls or messages you offering to fix your login, it is a scam; read our customer service guide before contacting anyone.
