Note What Actually Happens
Jaiho Arcade not opening can mean several different faults, and the fix depends on which one you have. Before changing anything, watch one launch closely.
- Closes straight away or shows "Jaiho Arcade keeps stopping": usually a corrupt cache, an incomplete update or an unsupported phone.
- Stuck on the loading or splash screen: usually the connection, a VPN or a server side issue.
- Opens to a blank or white screen: often a cache problem or Android System WebView needing an update.
- Opens, then shows an error message: write down or screenshot the exact words. That is the most useful thing you can give support.
Quick Checks on Your Phone
- Force stop the app: Settings, then Apps, then Jaiho Arcade, then Force stop. Open it again.
- Switch between mobile data and Wi-Fi. Turn off any VPN or data saver for a moment.
- Restart the phone. It clears a lot of stuck background processes.
- In the same Apps screen, open Storage and tap Clear cache. Leave Clear data for last, because it signs you out and you will need your registered mobile number to get back in.
- Make sure the phone has some free storage. A nearly full phone can stop apps from starting.
- Update Android System WebView and Chrome from the Play Store if updates are waiting. Many apps rely on them to draw their screens.
Supported Android Versions
The current build needs Android 5.0 or newer. If your phone is older, the app may install from an old file but crash on launch, and there is no setting that fixes that. Check under Settings, then About phone. More detail is on the Android requirements page.
Updates and Reinstalling
An app that worked yesterday and fails today has often been half updated, or the operator has moved to a newer build that the old one cannot talk to. Check that you have version 23.1; the update guide shows how to update safely and the latest version page lists the current build.
If nothing else works, uninstall and reinstall from the download page. Your account sits with the operator, so you sign in again afterwards. If the reinstall itself fails, see App not installed.
When to Contact Support
If the app opens but shows an error about your account, or it fails on a phone that meets every requirement, contact the support or help option inside the app once you can reach it. Send your phone model, Android version, app version and a screenshot of the error. If you cannot get into the app at all, read our Jaiho Arcade customer service number page first: it explains that there is no genuine public phone line and how to avoid fake helplines. We are an independent directory and cannot see accounts or fix them.
