How This Corrections Policy Works
This corrections policy covers every page on our independent Jaiho Arcade directory. It applies to facts (such as version 23.1 or the 36.9 MB file size), install and help steps, game rules, links and author credits. Problems with your account, payments or KYC belong with the in-app support, as explained in our customer service guide.
Submitting a Correction
We do not have a public editorial email or contact form yet. When one is set up, it will appear on the contact page, and that will be the only channel. When you send a correction, the most useful details are:
- the page address;
- the sentence you think is wrong;
- what you believe is correct, and where you saw it (a screen in the app, a published source).
Please never send passwords, OTPs, ID documents or bank details. We do not need them and will not ask.
How We Verify a Correction
We check the claim against the app's published details or the source named on sources and references. If we cannot confirm it, we may soften the sentence or remove it instead of swapping one unchecked claim for another. Corrections to gaming law material can be referred to Jay Sayta.
Typos and broken formatting are fixed without a log entry. Anything that changes a fact, a step, a number or a credit gets logged.
