Minimum Android Version
The current build, version 23.1, runs on Android 5.0 and up. To check your phone, open Settings, About phone, and look for the Android version. If it is 5.0 or higher, the app is supported. Get the file from the jaiho arcade original apk page.
There is no iPhone or PC version, so these requirements apply to Android phones and tablets only.
Processor and Architecture
The operator does not publish which processor architectures the APK supports, and we have not published that detail ourselves. In practice, the mainstream chips used in Android phones sold in India in recent years are the ones apps like this are built for. If your phone meets the Android version but the install still fails with "App not installed" or a parse error, see why the APK may fail before assuming the phone is the problem.
Storage and Memory
The download is 36.9 MB, but Android needs room for the installer and the unpacked app at the same time, and games download extra assets as you open them. Keep several times the file size free. If storage is nearly full, clear space first; a half-written install is a common cause of errors.
Phones with little RAM may close the app when you switch to another one mid-game. Closing other apps before you play helps.
Connection and Settings
- A stable mobile data or Wi-Fi connection. The games run on the operator's servers, so there is no offline mode.
- Permission to install from unknown sources for the browser you used, switched on for the install and off again afterwards.
- SMS working on your registered number, for the login OTP.
Some phone brands add their own install protection on top of Android's. If you see a second security prompt, it comes from the phone maker.
Tested Devices
We have not published a list of tested devices. We only list phones here once a test has been done and recorded, and that has not happened yet. If the app runs badly on your model, report it to in-app support with the model name and Android version, since that is how device-specific bugs get fixed.
