Check the Number Format
The most common reason a Jaiho Arcade OTP is not received is a mistyped number. Look at the screen again before anything else.
- Enter the 10 digit mobile number only, unless the screen clearly asks for the country code separately.
- Do not add a leading 0 in front of the number.
- If you have two SIMs, use the number of the SIM that is in the phone right now and has signal.
- If you registered with an older number you no longer use, the code goes to that old number. Account changes like that can only be handled by in-app support.
Why the SMS Can Be Delayed
OTP messages travel through telecom networks, and delays happen on that side more than people expect.
- Check you have mobile signal. Wi-Fi alone does not deliver SMS.
- Look in your SMS app's spam or promotions folder. Some phones file one time codes there.
- If DND (Do Not Disturb) is set on your number with your operator, or an SMS blocking app is installed, check it is not filtering the message.
- Make sure your phone storage is not full, which can stop new messages arriving.
- Restart the phone or switch airplane mode on and off to reconnect to the network.
- Wait before tapping resend. Tapping it many times in a row can trigger a temporary block on new codes, and an older code usually stops working once a new one is sent.
Recover Access Securely
If the code still does not arrive, contact the support or help option inside the app and tell them the number you entered, the time you requested the code and whether you saw any error. If you are locked out entirely, our forgot password guide and login page explain the general recovery routes.
An OTP is the key to your account. Nobody genuine will phone or message you asking for it. If someone does, it is a scam: our fake customer care guide shows the usual script. The Jaiho Arcade customer service number page explains why there is no public phone line to call. We are an independent directory and cannot send or reset codes.
