What the Message Is Telling You
A Jaiho Arcade account disabled message can mean a temporary lock or a longer suspension. The wording on screen is your best clue, so screenshot it before closing anything. Typical reasons apps of this kind give include:
- too many wrong login or OTP attempts, which often clears on its own after a while;
- identity verification that is incomplete or did not match, covered on our KYC page;
- more than one account linked to the same person, phone or payment method;
- a payment dispute or chargeback on a deposit;
- activity the operator's terms do not allow, or an age check that failed.
These are general patterns, not a list of Jaiho Arcade's own rules. We cannot see your account, so we cannot tell you which one applies to you.
Evidence to Gather Before You Appeal
- The screenshot of the disabled message, with the date and time visible.
- The mobile number the account is registered on.
- Transaction references for any recent deposit or withdrawal, plus the matching line from your bank or UPI app.
- A short, factual description: what you were doing when it happened and anything unusual, such as a new phone or SIM.
Keep it short and calm. Support works through a queue, and a message they can act on without asking questions back moves faster.
How to Reach Support
Use the support or help option inside the app. Some apps still let you reach support from the login screen even when the account is locked. Keep copies of everything you send and the replies you get. If you cannot reach support at all, read our Jaiho Arcade customer service number page, which explains why there is no genuine public phone line and how to tell real help from fake.
If money is stuck on a disabled account, see the withdrawal problem guide for what to document.
Do Not Try to Bypass the Block
Opening a new account with a different number, using a modified app or paying a "recovery agent" usually makes things worse. A second account can give the operator a fresh reason to keep both closed, and anyone selling an unblock service is running a scam. People who contact you offering to restore your account are covered on our fake customer care page.
If the account was closed because of how much you were playing, or you are thinking about taking a break anyway, our responsible gaming guide is worth a read. Jaiho Arcade is for adults 18+ only, and money games carry real financial risk.
