Read the Status First
A Jaiho Arcade withdrawal problem usually looks like one of three statuses. Open the withdrawal history in the app and screenshot what it says.
| Status | What it usually means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Pending or under review | The operator has not finished processing the request | Leave it alone, check KYC is complete, then contact support if it does not move |
| Processing or sent | The operator has passed it to the payment network or bank | Check your bank or UPI app, then support if nothing arrives |
| Rejected, failed or declined | Something blocked it: details, verification or terms | Read any reason given and check bank details, KYC and bonus terms |
Opening a second request while the first is still pending is the most common way a delay gets longer. Both have to be sorted out before either completes.
Common Reasons a Withdrawal Is Held
- Identity verification. Apps like this usually require KYC before the first withdrawal. See our KYC page.
- Bank or UPI details. A mistyped account number, a wrong IFSC code or a name that does not match your KYC can cause a failure.
- Bonus terms. Bonus money often carries wagering conditions before it can be withdrawn. Our bonus and terms guide explains how to read them.
- Limits. Minimums, maximums and daily caps are set by the operator and shown in the app's own withdrawal screen and terms. Check there, because they can change.
How to Escalate
- Contact the support or help option inside the app with your registered mobile number, the withdrawal amount, the date and time, the request ID if one is shown, and the status screenshot.
- If the status says sent but your bank shows nothing, ask support for the transaction reference (UTR) and give it to your bank.
- Keep every reply. A written trail helps if you need to take it further with your bank.
Our Jaiho Arcade customer service number page explains how to reach real support and why there is no genuine public phone line. If your problem is a deposit that never showed up, see the deposit problem page.
No One Can Promise a Payout Time
We do not give payout times, because only the operator controls processing and it can change. Be wary of anyone who promises a guaranteed release time or asks for a "processing fee", "tax" or "unlock payment" to free your withdrawal. Genuine withdrawals do not need you to send more money first. Those requests are covered on our fake customer care page.
Jaiho Arcade is for adults 18+ only. Money games carry real financial risk, and winnings are never guaranteed. Our responsible gaming guide has tools for setting limits.
