Collect the Transaction Evidence
Most Jaiho Arcade deposit problems fall into one of two cases, and the evidence you need depends on which.
- Money left your account but the balance did not change. Open your UPI or bank app and find the payment. Note the UTR or reference number, the amount, the date and time, and the status it shows.
- The payment failed or is pending in your bank app. If the money has not left your account, there is nothing to chase with the app yet. Pending UPI payments are usually settled or reversed by your bank.
Take two screenshots: the payment in your bank or UPI app, and the deposit screen or history inside Jaiho Arcade. Together they answer most questions support would otherwise ask.
Do not make the same deposit again because the first seems slow. Two payments in the same window are harder to reconcile and can tie up both.
Report It Through In-App Support
Contact the support or help option inside the app with:
- the mobile number the account is registered on;
- the amount, date and time of the payment;
- the UTR or transaction reference;
- the two screenshots.
Keep a copy of what you send and any reply. If you are unsure which channels are real, read our Jaiho Arcade customer service number page first. We are an independent directory and cannot see payments or balances.
When to Go to Your Bank
If your bank shows the payment as successful and the operator cannot find it after you have reported it, raise a complaint with your bank or the UPI app you paid from. Most UPI apps have a report or raise a dispute option on the transaction itself. Give them the same UTR and screenshots.
If the bank complaint does not resolve it, your bank's grievance process explains the next level. Keep every reference number along the way.
Avoid Deposit Scams
- Never pay anyone who calls or messages offering to "release" a stuck deposit.
- Never share your UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV or an OTP. Support does not need them to trace a payment, and a UPI PIN is only ever needed to send money, never to receive it.
- Do not install a screen sharing app because someone asked you to.
- Only deposit through the payment screen inside the app, not to a UPI ID someone sends you in a chat.
These scripts are described in our fake customer care guide. If your problem is money going out rather than coming in, see the withdrawal problem page. Jaiho Arcade is for adults 18+ only; deposit only what you can afford to lose, and read our responsible gaming guide if deposits are becoming a habit.
