Do KYC Only Inside the App
The only place to complete Jaiho Arcade KYC is the verification screen inside the app. The operator, or a verification service it works with, receives the documents from there. This site is an independent directory: we do not collect documents and cannot check your KYC status.
If someone sends you a link, a form or a chat message saying "complete your KYC here", do not use it. Fake KYC requests are one of the most common ways people lose documents and money. Our fake customer care guide shows what they look like.
What Data Is Usually Collected
Real money gaming apps in India commonly ask for some of the following. Follow whatever the app's own screen requests, not this list.
- a government photo ID such as Aadhaar (often masked, with only the last digits visible) or another accepted ID;
- a PAN card, which many apps use for tax reporting on winnings;
- a selfie or live photo to match against the ID;
- bank account or UPI details in the same name, for withdrawals.
When uploading, make sure the photo is sharp, the whole document is in frame and the name matches exactly across your ID, PAN and bank account. Mismatched names are a frequent reason for rejection.
Why the Operator Asks for It
KYC lets the operator confirm that the account holder is a real adult, that the person withdrawing is the same person who registered, and that one person is not running several accounts. It also protects you: a verified account is harder for someone else to empty.
Many apps only ask for KYC before the first withdrawal. Doing it early means you are not waiting on verification at the moment you want your money. If a withdrawal is held for KYC reasons, see our withdrawal problem page.
Your Privacy
Before uploading, read the app's own privacy policy to see what is stored and for how long. Use masked Aadhaar where the app accepts it. Do not send ID photos by WhatsApp, email or social media to anyone claiming to be support unless you started the conversation inside the app and it directed you there.
You can find how this website handles its own visitor data in our privacy policy. It does not cover the app.
Risks and When to Ask Support
- Never share an OTP, PIN or password as part of KYC. Verification does not need them.
- Do not pay a fee to "speed up" KYC.
- Watch for apps you did not install asking for your documents.
If your KYC is rejected or stuck under review, contact the support or help option inside the app and ask what needs correcting. The Jaiho Arcade customer service number page explains how to reach genuine support. If your account has been locked over verification, see account disabled.
