How to Request Deletion
Uninstalling Jaiho Arcade only removes the app from your phone. The account and its records stay with the operator, so a Jaiho Arcade delete account request has to go to them.
- Settle your balance first. Withdraw anything you can. Once an account is closed, getting money out may be difficult or impossible. If a withdrawal is stuck, sort that out first using our withdrawal problem guide.
- Look in the app's profile or settings for a delete or close account option. Not every version has one.
- If there is none, contact the support or help option inside the app. Ask in writing for the account linked to your registered mobile number to be deleted, and ask them to confirm when it is done.
- Keep the confirmation and a screenshot of your final balance and transaction history.
- Then uninstall the app and delete any leftover APK files from your Downloads folder.
What the Operator May Keep
Deleting an account does not always mean every record disappears. Gaming and payment businesses commonly keep transaction and identity records for a period to meet tax, anti fraud and payment rules. Ask support what will be deleted and what will be retained, and check the app's own privacy policy for retention periods.
If your KYC documents are part of the account, ask specifically what happens to them. Our KYC and data privacy page covers what is usually collected.
Deleting vs Taking a Break
If you want to stop playing for a while rather than leave for good, many apps offer self exclusion or deposit limits, which can be easier to reverse later. If you want to stop because gaming is costing you more than you planned, our responsible gaming guide lists tools and helplines.
If your account was disabled by the operator rather than closed by you, that is a different situation: see account disabled.
We are an independent directory and cannot delete or change accounts. Our Jaiho Arcade customer service number page explains how to reach genuine support. Anyone who asks for an OTP or a fee to "close" your account is a scammer.
