Same App, Different Search Terms
The Jaiho Spin vs Jaiho Slots question comes up because download sites list them as if they were separate apps. They are not. Neither name has its own developer, package or account. Both point to games inside Jaiho Arcade, and every "Jaiho Spin APK" or "Jaiho Slots APK" should be the same Jaiho Arcade installer. A file that differs from it is not the genuine app.

Permissions
Since there is one app, the permissions are identical. The current Jaiho Arcade build asks for 8 permissions, and opening a slot or a wheel does not add any. If a file sold as Jaiho Spin or Jaiho Slots asks for more, especially SMS or contacts, treat it as a modified copy. Versions and Downloads
There is no separate version number for Jaiho Spin or Jaiho Slots. The current build is Jaiho Arcade version 23.1, a 36.9 MB file for Android 5.0 and up, installed from an APK rather than Google Play. When the app updates, the slots and the wheels update with it.
